摘要
为进一步提高铝热剂的放热能力,并降低其点火阈值,文章采用差热分析法(DTA),以Si-Bi_2O_3混合物为敏化剂,研究了不同粒径、质量比的Al-CuO铝热剂的点火温度。结果表明:采用Si-Bi_2O_3作为敏化剂可使铝热反应的激发温度大幅度降低;纳米级铝粉可使所制成的敏化铝热剂的激发温度进一步减小,体系中Al/CuO/Si/Bi_2O_3质量比为14.7/65.3/4/16(wt.%)时,此温度低至613℃,是一种较优的配方。以上结果可为今后铝热剂和起爆药的发展提供指导作用。
In order to further improve the exothermicity and lower the ignition threshold of thermite, the ignition temperature of different particle sizes and mass ratios Al-CuO thermite sensitized by Si-Bi_2O_3 compound was studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA) Results shows that the Si-Bi_2O_3 compound can work as sensitizer which can reduce the ignition temperature of thermite reaction sharply; Nano Al can enhance this effect more forward, For the composition Al/CuO/Si/Bi_2O_3(14.7/65.3/4/16 wt.%), the ignition temperature can be little as 613 ℃, which means this formula is an alternative choice. Conclusions above will provide further guide for thermite and primary explosive development.
