由于生产经营的需要,循环冷却水系统不能停工进行补膜。文章绍在线不停车预膜在榆林炼油厂循环水系统的应用情况,并对此进行了分析和评价。现场应用表明,预膜试片有层明显的均匀致密保护膜,取得了预期效果。在线不停车预膜技术有助于循环水系统长周期高效运行。

Due to the needs of production and operation, circulating cooling water system cannot be shut down for cleaning and prefilming.On-line prefilm technology used for water treatment is a relatively mature technology. The application of prefilm technology to circulating water plants is introduced. The implement efficiency is analyzed and evaluated. Many practical evidences show that this technology is good for running the projects efficiently in a long period. It＇s one of the most indispensable links for running circulating water system normally.
