Countermeasures and Suggestions on Solving The Problem of Rural Garbage Disposal in Guangdong Province

随着广东经济的快速发展、人口的持续增加和人民生活水平的不断提高,生活垃圾产生量与垃圾处理能力不足的矛盾已显得日益突出。近年来,通过一系列的措施,农村生活垃圾处理取得了一定的成效,但在经济欠发达的粤东西北农村,"垃圾围村"的现象仍较为普遍,垃圾污染的安全隐患较为突出。文章基于对广东省农村生活垃圾收运处理现状的资料收集和现场调查,针对如何解决垃圾围村的难题,试图探索出适用于广东省农村生活垃圾处理的建设和管理模式,以期为政府或主管部门制定有关农村生活垃圾处理与管理的策略提供一定的科学依据。

With the rapid development of Guangdong＇s economy, the continuous increase of population and the continuous improvement of people＇s living standard, the contradiction between the amount of garbage generated and the capacity of waste disposal has become increasingly prominent. In recent years, through a series of measures, the rural living garbage processing has made some achievements, but in the underdeveloped northwest of Guangdong rural, ＂garbage village＂ phenomenon is more common, potential safety hazard waste pollution more prominent. The based on Guangdong Province rural living garbage collection, transportation and processing of data collection and field investigation, in order to solve the problem of garbage around the village, trying to explore suitable for Guangdong Province rural living garbage processing mode of construction and management, in order for the government or the competent authorities to develop about rural living garbage disposal and management strategies to provide a scientific basis.
