摘要
核电设备制造中的异种金属接头在焊接、焊后热处理和使用过程中,可能发生碳元素沿着焊缝熔合线由珠光体钢向奥氏体堆焊层或焊缝的定向扩散的情况,造成熔合线两侧性能不均匀,导致规定的功能丧失。文章选取了4个核岛关键设备典型焊接工艺评定作为实例,重点对不合格试样进行了分析研究,对异种金属焊接碳迁移问题作了一些探讨。
During welding, post-weld heat treatment and use of dissimilar metal joints of nuclear power equipment, the carbon element may transfer from Pearlitic Steel to Austenite cladding or welding along the weld fusion line. It results that the properties on both sides of the weld line are uneven, and this joint lost its required function. This article selects 4 typical welding procedure qualification cases during manufacturing nuclear equipment, especially the unqualified sample to analysis. The article discusses how to suppress the carbon migration in dissimilar metal joint welding.
