摘要
酮苯脱蜡脱油是利用丁酮—甲苯二元混合物对原料中的油、蜡具有不同的溶解能力和油与蜡的熔点差,利用物理溶解和解析方法进行脱油蜡和脱蜡油生产。简述了酮苯装置的传统停工步骤,提出用脱蜡油滤液代替新鲜溶剂作为置换介质的停工优化方案,经过实践,有明显的节能降耗效果。
Wax was separated from oil in a Toluene-Ketone processing system based on the different solubility and melting point between them. A traditional shutdown procedure of Toluene-Ketone processing equipment was described briefly. An optimum plan was provided, that is, oil separated from wax can be used as a replacement medium instead of raw solvent. In practice, this plan showed an evident effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
