从催化剂性质、设备运行工况、工艺操作条件等方面分析了催化裂化装置催化剂跑损原因,提出了相应整改措施。

Reasons of catalyst loss catalytic cracking unit were analyzed from the aspects of catalyst＇s properties, separator operating conditions, process operating conditions. The corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
