摘要
目的:针对陕西商洛镇安地区钨矿样中伴生Be以绿柱石形式存在,结合基层地质实验室现有仪器设备,陕西地矿第一地质队实验室(以下简称实验室)运用极谱仪的测定方法,对钨矿样中微量Be进行快速测定。方法:采用氢氧化钠溶矿的方法,研究以EDTA-NH4CL-铍试剂III为底液Be的极谱法测定最优化条件。结论:本法灵敏度高,简便,快捷,准确。应用于钨矿样中微量Be的测定与其他方法相比较,符合基层地质实验室实际条件,检测结果准确度高,再现性好,结果满意。方法精密度RSD%〈8.41;方法准确度|Δlog|〈0.643;方法检出限Be为1.00×10-6。方法线性范围Be为0.001~0.10μg/m L。
Objective: In Zhen'an area Shangluo Shaanxi tungsten ore associated beryllium, combined with the actual situation of basic geological laboratory, using polarographic method, for the determination of beryllium in tungsten ore the method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple, fast and accurate. Methods: the optimum conditions were determined by using the method of sodium hydroxide dissolution and the determination. Conclusion:Satisfactory result Method precision: RSD%8.41, method accuracy: |Δlog|0.643, method detection limit Be: 1.00×10-6, linear range Be: 0.001~0.10μg/m L.
