高校二级学院绩效考核排名与人才队伍状况相关性研究——福州大学的实践与思考 被引量:5

摘要 人才队伍状况是影响高校二级学院绩效考核排名的重要原因之一,但如何影响以及它们的相关程度如何,目前研究较少。文章综合运用文献资料调研、数理统计、相关性分析等方法对高校二级学院人才队伍状况与学院绩效考核排名的相关性进行分析研究(以福州大学19个二级学院2013—2015年三年绩效考核为例),揭示了人才队伍状况各项指标与学院绩效考核排名的相关程度,为高校完善绩效考核指标体系和人才队伍建设提供理论指导和实践参考。 In the performance appraisal of secondary colleges in universities, the personnel situation is one of the important factors that contributes greatly to their performance appraisal ranking. However, there is less research on how personnel group situation influences performance appraisal ranking and the correlation de- gree between them. Through using the methods of literature review, mathematical statistics, relative analysis and coefficient test, this paper makes a study of the personnel situation and the performance appraisal ranking of secondary colleges in universities ( taking performance appraisals of 19 secondary colleges in Fuzhou universities from 2013 to 2015 as examples), drawing out the degree of correlation between various indexes of personnel situation and performance appraisal ranking. These findings can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for optimizing the performance indicator system and strengthening talented workforce in universities.
