摘要
高校青年教师发展不仅仅是专业发展,还包含积极效能感和持续幸福感的获得、专业信念与职业精神的升华以及职称晋升和消费能力的提升等一系列社会性目标的达成。现实中高校青年教师发展陷入了某些困境,如角色转换困难、人际适应障碍、社会性条件匮乏以及信念和精神的矮化等。文章认为要以综合治理方式来推进高校青年教师发展,主要是基于青年教师发展的需要,建立有效的政策与制度保障体系,完善高校的教师发展支持与服务组织及其运行机制,加强专业共同体建设以及优化高校校园文化等。
Young university teachers'development is not only the professional development but also containing the gaining of the self - efficacy and euphoria, sublimating the faith and spirit of the teaching career, and achieving a series of social aims. In reality, young university teachers' development faces some difficulties, such as the difficulty of role transition, interpersonal relation disturbance, social conditions, lacking of faith and spirit and so on. To advance the young university teachers' development, this paper aims at calling for the comprehensive treatment which can establish the valid policy and the ensuring system, improving supporting and servicing organization system and its operating mechanism of the teachers' development, enhancing the professional community construction and optimizing the university campus culture.
