摘要
本实验采用沸石、陶粒及污泥三种厌氧生物滤床工艺对该废水进行处理。以CODCr、氨氮、总磷为主要评价指标,探讨三种厌氧生物滤床对啤酒废水的净化效果。实验结果表明,沸石生物滤床对CODCr的去除率为56%,总磷的去除率为40%左右;陶粒生物滤床对CODCr的去除率为36%左右,对总磷的去除率为24%左右;污泥生物滤床对CODCr的去除率为24%,总磷的去除率较低只有为10%左右沸石厌氧生物滤床是三者中最为经济可行的处理工艺。
According to the brewery wastewater quality of features, the research used 3 kinds of ledfoot materials: zeolite, ceramsite and sludge anaerobic fluidised bed to treat the Wastewater from one of the breweries in Guangzhou. The result of the experiment shows that the CODCr removal efficiency for the zeolite, ceramsite and sludge are 56 %, 36 % and 24 % respectively and the phosphors removal efficiency for them are 40 %, 24 % and 10 %. Considering the removal efficiency and the economic factor, Anaerobic digestion in fluidised bed reactor with the zeolite is the most econimical and applicable process.
