摘要 文章结合现代大学课程建设面临的问题与挑战,从多角度分析课程体系管理的理论基础;围绕我国高水平研究型大学的发展要求和特点,以培养有广阔的全球视野和多学科的知识背景、思维敏锐且创新潜力强,素质与能力全面发展的拔尖创新人才为导向,研究课程体系优化路径与方法;依托学科专业优势与质量管理手段,探讨优质课程体系建设保障机制。 In the light of problems and challenges faced by contemporary research universities in talent cultivation and curriculum design, this paper aims at applying post - modern curriculum theory and multi - stage model into the analysis of the theoretical foundation of the university curricula management. It discusses how to design a curriculum system to cultivate top - notch talents with broad global vision, multi - disciplinary background, sharp thoughts, strong creative potential and well -rounded development. It further investigates approaches and methods to optimize university curricula by integrating sciences and humanities, bridging practice and teaching, blending international elements and introducing deliberative teaching, and explores the quality assurance mechanisms to secure high quality curricula by quality management and making use of the advantages of disciplines and programs.
