结合煤矿基础设施建设施工管理的必要性,分析煤矿基础设施工程中影响现场施工管理的因素,讨论加强煤矿基础设施工程施工现场管理的措施。
Combined with the necessity of coal mine infrastructure construction management, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of site construction management in coal mine infrastructure projects, and discussed measures on how to strengthen construction site management in coal mine infrastructure projects.
