优质耐旱广适型玉米新品种庆农68的选育 被引量:4

摘要 兼顾高产优质、耐旱、广适型玉米新品种等选育指标,2008年根据杂种优势模式理论及血缘关系,利用母本NQ-9、父本Q68组配杂交选育而成玉米新品种庆农68。2011年参加并通过广西普通玉米区域试验,2012年参加广西玉米新品种生产试验,结果表明:玉米新品种庆农68具有优质、高产稳产、耐旱性强等特点;平均产量为7254.00 kg/hm2,比对照正大619平均增产7.0%,一年两季11参试点次有10点次比对照增产,占参试点次的90.9%;容重802 g/L,粗蛋白含量10.05%,粗脂肪含量3.84%,粗淀粉含量69.54%,赖氨酸含量0.3%;抗病虫接种鉴定抗大斑病,抗小斑病,中抗纹枯病,中抗锈病,抗茎腐病。2013年通过广西农作物品种审定委员会品种审定,适合于广西各地推广种植。 To meet the breeding indicators of high yield,drought-resistance and wide-adaptability,inbred line NQ- 9 and Q68 were chosen as the female and male parent for crossing in 2008 based on heterosis theory and consanguinity. The results in2011 and 2012 new maize regional trials showed that the newly crossed maize variety "Qingnong 68"had good quality,strong drought resistance,and high and stable yield. The mean yield was 7254.00 kg / hm^2,7.0% higher than the control,10 out of the11 yield tests,"Qingnong 68"had higher yield than the control( 90.9%). Its bulk density,crude protein content,crude fat content,crude starch content,and lysine content were 802 g / L,10.05%,3.84%,69.54%,and 0.30%,respectively. "Qingnong68"had strong resistance to leaf blight,medium resistance to banded sclerotial blight and rust,and resistance to stem rot."Qingnong 68"was suitable for extending in different places of Guangxi,was approved and certified by Guangxi Crop Variety Committee in 2013.
