摘要 详细综述了水稻种子中淀粉合成及其调控的研究进展,包括水稻种子中淀粉的分离与消化性、淀粉合成的分子基础、淀粉合成的调控等,以期为优质水稻新品种的培育提供参考。 Research progress in the starch synthesis and regulation of rice seeds was reviewed in detail,including the starch isolation,digestion,synthesis and its regulation in rice seed,in order to provide useful references for the cultivation of new quality varieties in rice.
