基于OB3330的50W LED路灯驱动电源设计

摘要 根据LED路灯的工作特性及驱动要求,基于高功率因数原边反馈LED控制器OB3330,采用反激式拓扑结构,设计了一款具备完善的过流、过压、过载、过温、短路保护以及高转换效率的实用型50W路灯驱动电源。测试结果和波形证明其电压电流输出稳定、纹波小、转换效率高,具有长期稳定工作的可行性和可靠性。 According to operating characteristics and driving requirements of LED street lamp,a new kind of high-efficient 50 W street lamp driving power supply is designed based on high performance LED lighting driver OB3330. Flyback topology is adopted and protection functions for over-current, over-voltage,overload,over-temperature and short-circuit are also included. Experiment results and waveforms show that voltage output and current output are stable,ripple is small,energy conversion efficiency is high,and the system has the feasibility and reliability for long-time stable operation.
