摘要
正丁基黄原酸钠粒状产品是一种主要的硫化矿捕收剂。由于其捕收能力较强,在矿石浮选中有较好的选择性能,因此也成为主要的出口产品之一,但其干燥工艺生产过程的稳定性直接影响其产品质量。通过反复试验调整,确定出正丁基黄原酸钠粒状产品生产的工艺控制条件,为正丁基黄原酸钠粒状产品的生产提供了完备的工艺操作依据,并最终形成一个新的产品工艺操作规程。
Sodium Butyl Xanthate（SBX,dry pellet）is one of the main collectors for sulfide ores.Due to its strong collection,it has a good selection in the flotation,above which,SBX has been becoming one of the main export products.However,the quality of product is determined by the stability of dry production process.Through many experiments and adjustments,we have defined the production technological control conditions for SBX,which provides the production of SBX（dry pellets）with a more complete technological operation evidence,with the result of establishing a new production technological regulations for SBX at last.
