摘要 赤峰敖仑花矿业有限责任公司所属选厂以回收钼为主,针对原矿中低品位铜未得到回收的问题,通过研究,采用抑铜选钼工艺,进行铜钼分离,提高钼精矿品质的同时,使铜富集到一定程度,具有了选别价值,然后采用一粗两扫三精的工艺流程,对铜钼分离后的铜中矿进行回收,最终获得了铜精矿的品位为20%,回收率达到90%(相对铜中矿)。提高了资源的利用率,增加了效益。 The dressing plant that belongs Chifeng AoLunhua mining co.,LTD gives priority to with recovery of molybdenum stone.There is a question that low-grade copper ore have not been recovered,by studying,the technology of suppression copper and get molybdenum can improve the quality of molybdenum and make the copper enrichment to a certain extent at the same time,this makes the low-grade Copper with process value.Then,using the technological process of single-stage roughing,two-stage scavenging and three-stage cleaning to recycle the middling copper from the the separation of copper and molybdenum.Finally,the grade of copper concentrate was 20%,recovery rate is 90%.Improve the utilization rate of resources,increase the benefit.
