摘要
针对齐大山铁矿选矿分厂反浮选捕收剂使用温度高（一般控制在32~35℃）,对矿浆浓度波动适应性差,有用金属回收率低的问题,研究开发了LKY-1低温捕收剂,通过试验室试验和工业试验,浮选温度在25~28℃范围内,可获得浮选精矿品位68.58%,浮选尾矿品位14.57%的良好指标,降低了生产成本。
The operating temperature of reverse flotation collector in QiDaShan Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant is high,general in 32~35 ℃,with poor adaptability of pulp density fluctuations and low metal recovery.Based on the above issues,the Collector of LKY-1 was developed.The grade of flotation concentrate reached 68.58%,the flotation tailings grade was a good indicator of 14.57%,while the flotation temperature was in the range of 25 to 28 ℃for laboratory test and industrial test,reducing the production cost.
