浅析遥控器在焙烧机组中的应用

焙烧多功能机组是阳极焙烧车间主要生产设备之一。多年来一直采用驾驶室高空操作,工作温度高、环境恶劣等是焙烧车间的主要工作环境。近年来随着生产企业对生产质量和效率要求的提高,以及环境安全意识的提高,参照电解多功能机组遥控器的使用情况,首次将全车遥控器应用到焙烧多功能机组中,主要介绍了焙烧机组遥控器的原理、面板图纸的设计及与PLC之间的DeviceNet通讯,通过现场及实验证明,焙烧多功能机组全车遥控的应用取得了良好的使用效果。

Roasting multifunction unit is one of the main production equipment in anode roasting workshop.high-altitude operation in cabin has been used for many years,high working temperature and bad working conditions are the main working environment in roasting workshop.In recent years,with the requirements of improving production quality,production efficiency and environmental safety consciousness of production enterprises,refering to electrolysis multifunction unit＇s use of the remote control,the whole vehicle remote control is applied firstly to the roasting multifunction machine.The principle of the remote control to the roasting machine,the panel drawing design and the communication between DeviceNets of PLC are mainly introduced,the field experiments show that the application of remote control to roasting multifunction unit achieved good using effect.
