摘要
大型回转类筒体在制造过程中,由于运输困难通常都将筒体分为各小段节制作,然后在使用现场将各段节组焊连接成大的筒体,而这样的工艺过程难以保证筒体整体的直线度,因此,需在制造各小段节时就严格控制并保证其直线度。本文主要从制造工艺角度及测量直线度两方面阐述了在实际制造过程中对筒体直线度的保证措施。
The large rotary type cylinder in the manufacturing process,due to transportation difficulties are usually divided into individual lengths barrel sections produced and then use the site each welding segments connected into a large cylinder,and this makes the process overall barrel straightness difficult to ensure,so we need to manufacture each section subparagraph strictly controlled and guaranteed straightness.The article from the perspective of both the manufacturing process and measuring straightness set forth in the actual manufacturing process of cylinder straightness assurance measures.
