摘要
通过分析SUP9、60Si2Mn以及50CrVA三种合金弹簧钢连铸坯的高温力学性能,探讨拉伸强度、收缩率、断裂性能机理等方面的问题与合金元素之间存在的关系,得出SUP9良好塑性温度区间为931~1 314℃、60Si2Mn为981~1 315℃、50CrVA为957~1 280℃的结论。
Through analysis of the elevated temperature tensile of continuous casting slab of the alloy spring steel in high temperature of the SUP9, 60Si2Mn and 50 CrVA, this paper discusses the relationship between the alloying element and tensile strengthen, shrinkage and fracture mechanism. It is concluded that plastic temperature rage is between 931~1 314 ℃,60Si2Mn is 981~1 315 ℃ and the 50 CrVA is between 957~1 280 ℃.
