摘要
结合实际对高档不锈焊丝钢ER308LSi的固溶工艺进行改进试验。探索最佳的固溶工艺,旨在改善ER308LSi的金相组织结构和力学性能,减少晶界碳化物析出,降低拉拔过程中出现开裂的机率,从而提高用户满意度。结果表明:通过适当的设备和工艺改进,ER308LSi的金相组织结构和力学性能得到较大改善,晶界碳化物析出基本消除,利于用户拉拔使用。
Combined with the reality, this paper conducts improvement test of solid solution process to high-grade stainless wire steel ER308 LSi, and explores the best solution process, aiming at improving metallographic structure and mechanical properties of ER308 LSi, reducing the grain boundary carbide precipitation and the risk of cracking appeared in the process of drawing, so as to improve customer satisfaction.Results show that with proper equipment and process improvement, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of ER308 LSi are greatly improved, and the grain boundary carbide precipitation is basically eliminated, which is conducive to drawing use.
