摘要
采用钒氮微合金化与控冷工艺相结合试制出质量优于国标要求的HRB500E抗震钢筋。试制结果显示:与普通工艺相比,该工艺生产的HRB500E抗震钢筋成本较低,性能完全满足国家标准要求,有较强的市场竞争力。
HRB500E aseismic grade rebars are developed by using VNmicroalloyed and controlled cooling process.The quality of the product is better than the requirement of national standard. The test results show that compared with ordinary process, the cost of HRB500 E aseismic reinforcement is low, and the performance fully meets the requirements of national standards, which has the strong market competitiveness.
