摘要
介绍棒材精整线发展状况以及二辊矫直棒材生产线的优点,根据Φ150 mm棒材的二辊冷矫直工艺流程以及矫直机辊形对二辊斜矫直精整线进行设计,采用ABAQUS有限元方法对棒材的矫直过程进行仿真与分析。仿真结果表明:棒材与矫直辊中间接触的区域应力较大,发生了较大的塑性变形;棒材表面与芯部残余应力差别较大;矫直后棒材外表面尾部残余应力分布较小。
This paper introduces the development status about bar finishing line a nd the advantages of two roller straightening bar production line. The Φ150 mm bar two-high cold straightening process and straightener roll shape are designed. While using ABAQUS finite element method, the bar straightening process is simulated and analyzed. It is found that stress is larger and the plastic deformation is larger at the contact area between bar and straightening roller. The residual stress difference is bigger between rod surface and core. After straightening, the surface residual stress distribution at the tail of bar is small.
