From product standard management, product internal control standard, this paper expounds the specific content to strengthen the management of enterprise technical standards, and analyzes ways to promote research and development ability of the new product by multiple perspectives. The control and plan comprehensively replaces the original procedure, which lays a solid foundation for new product research and development in enterprise. While adopting the overseas advanced standards, ＂private custom＂ standard should be combined with user＇s special demand to provide powerful standard support for new product development. The technical standards management is in the whole process of new product, which can improve new product research and development capabilities.
