Safety education for young children should be established on the basis of respecting the process of children＇s psychological development,in which the psychological potential should be motivated. Utilizing the positive effect of experiencing the ＂ pain＂ feeling,following the features of cognition,and the cooperation of safety,curiousity and capacity,the instructor should know the attempt of ＂ replacement＂,and the ways of ＂ small progress＂ and ＂ following the rules＂.
