摘要
基于数学规划方法,构建了适用于公共建筑分布式光伏发电系统的经济性优化数学模型,可应用于公共建筑分布式光伏发电系统的经济性优化与评估分析.基于该模型,以上海地区办公楼、宾馆、医院、商场等4类典型公共建筑为例,分析了分布式光伏发电系统应用的经济效果.模拟结果表明,分布式光伏发电系统在上述4类建筑中均可取得可观的经济收益,但在很大程度上依赖于政府补贴的支持;如果每度电的补贴降低到0.1元/k Wh,则投资回收期将增加1倍.
An economic optimization model for the building photovoltaic (PV) system is devel- oped based on the mathematical programming method. It can be employed for the economic opti- mization and assessment of the PV system for the public buildings. Using the developed optimization model, taking office, hotel, hospital and store as examples of the typical public buildings, the e- conomic performances of the PV systems for the above four buildings are examined. The simula- tion results show that all the PV systems within the above buildings can receive satisfactory eco- nomic performance. However, it is partly due to the existing subsidies from the governments. If the subsidies are reduced to 0.1 Yuan/kWh, the expected payback period will double.
