目的加强制药企业对专利风险的防范和预警意识,确保企业的持续发展。方法阐述专利预警的概念及基本理论,介绍国内外专利预警的发展情况,分析我国制药企业专利预警构建的必要性。结果与结论通过对专利风险预警的初步介绍,可增强我国制药企业防范专利风险的意识,促进制药企业的健康发展。

Objective To strengthen the awareness of prevention and early warning patent risk,to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. Methods The basic concepts and theories of patent early warning were described and the development of domestic and foreign patent early warning was briefed, the necessity of pharmaceutical companies constructing patent early warning was ana- lyzed. Results and Conclusion The introduction to the patent risk warning can give a reminder of the urgency of pharmaceutical com- panies to patent risk prevention,to some extent,has a certain significance to the healthy development of the pharmaceutical companies.
