基于HIMSS 6级创建的用药闭环管理经验分享

Sharing of Medication Closed- Loop Management Experience Based on the Level 6 HIMSS

目的探讨和分享湖北省黄石市中心医院医疗信息与管理系统(HIMSS)6级评鉴中用药闭环管理的信息化建设和药学的专业参与经验。方法构建多元化资讯平台,实施智能仓储、冷链物流、集约配送体系,实现用药医嘱开具、抄录、审核、调配、给药、监测各环节的信息全覆盖。结果用药闭环管理使医院药事管理和药品使用管理全程可测量、信息无断点、偏倚可控制。结论物联网时代,临床药师在工作模式转型的同时应善用互联网思维,促进新型信息化技术在药学服务领域的深度运用,有效提高工作效率,减少用药差错,拓宽临床药师视野和工作范围,提升药学服务整体水平。

Objective To explore and share the information construction of medication closed- loop management and pharmaceutical par- ticipation experience based on the level 6 HIMSS. Methods Constructed diversified information platform and implemented intelligent warehousing,cold chain logistics,intensive distribution system,to realize the medication information ordering/prescribing,transcribing,dis- tributing, preparing, dispensing, administering, documenting, and monitoring of all aspects of information coverage. Results The management of hospital pharmacy and medication use was entirely measurable with no information breakpoint, and information bias could be controlled to form a closed loop management. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists who have changed the mode of work in the IOT era should at the same time make good use of the internet thinking to promote the depth using of new information technology in the field of pharmaceutical care,which can effectively improve work efficiency,reduce medication errors,broaden the vision of clinical pharmacists and scope of work,improve the overall level of pharmaceutical service.
