微小RNA-93与微小RNA-106b在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测喉鳞状细胞癌中mir-93与mir-106b的表达并分析其喉癌发生发展中的意义。方法利用looped-primer Real-time PCR检测喉鳞状细胞癌及癌旁正常石蜡包埋组织中mir-93、mir-106b的表达情况,并结合临床病理参数分析其临床意义。结果 (1)喉鳞状细胞癌中mir-93和mir-106b的表达量均高于癌旁正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.017,P=0.019)。(2)mir-93和mir-106b的表达与临床分期呈正相关(r=0.380,r=0.467);mir-93和mir-106b的表达在T3、T4期较T1、T2期差异具有统计学意义(P=0.002,P=0.000);mir-93和mir-106b的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.442,r=0.300)。结论 mir-93和mir-106b的高表达可能会促进喉鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展,可能在喉癌分化、浸润、转移的过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of miR-93 and miR-106b in laryngeal squamous cell car-cinoma, and their role in occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Looped-primer real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-93 and miR-106b in paraffin-embedded specimens of laryngeal squa-mous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissue. The clinical significance of these microRNAs was analyzed in line with clinicopathological findings. Results ①The expression levels of miR-93 and miR-106b were higher in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma than in adjacent normal tissues, with statistically significant difference ( P=0.017, P=0.019, respectively). ②The expression of miR-93 and miR-106b was positively correlated with clinical staging (r=0.380, r=0.467, respectively). The miR-93 and miR-106b expression levels in stages T3 and T4 were than statistically different compared with those in stages T1 and T2 (P=0.002, P=0.000, respectively); miR-93 and miR-106b expression was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (r=0.442, r=0.300, respectively). Conclusion miR-93 and miR-106b expression may promote the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. They may be playing an important role in differentiation, invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancers.
