石家庄市社区教育发展研究

A developmental study of the community education in Shijiazhuang

在石家庄市选择三个社区、两个乡镇对社区教育现状进行抽样调查,同时,参观考察了上海、成都等地,并广泛查阅社区教育的相关文件、文献资料,发现石家庄市社区教育虽已逐步步入正轨,但仍存在缺乏完善的社区教育工作机制,农村和城市社区教育具有差异,硬件资源、师资力量不足等问题。对此,提出了五个方面的建议:建立健全社区教育工作机制、建立和完善社区教育工作体系、加强社区教育工作者队伍建设、积极落实社区教育保障经费、建立社区教育的检查和督导机制。

Three communities and two townships in Shijiazhuang have been selected for a survey of community education.Meanwhile,researchers have visited Shanghai and Chengdu for literature review.Result shows that community education in Shijiazhuang is getting back on the right track,despite an inefficiency and inadequacy of mechanism,rural-urban gap,and teaching resources.Five countermeasures are put forward for improving the community education.
