职业院校拔尖创新人才培养模式探究

拔尖创新人才是行业领军人物。目前,我国职业技术教育阶段拔尖创新人才培养在课程设置、教育技能和教育资源方面存在不足,建议优化课程体系设置,提高教师素质,加大开放办学力度,改进评价考核机制,以促进职业院校拔尖创新人才的培养。

Leading and top talents are always helpful with the development of industry,technology,and economic stature of a nation.Vocational colleges are committed to developing professional talents,but lack of proper educational resources and teaching model,the effect is far from satisfactory.This article analyzes the vocational education and attempts to find a proper teaching model that responds to the international talent development.
