试论实践取向的乡村教师教育模式

On the Development Mode of Practice-oriented Rural Teachers

当前地方师范院校教师教育模式的改革发展越来越重视与民生发展和社会需要的紧密结合,能否培养出合格的乡村教师是促进乡村基础教育发展的关键所在。结合地方师范院校教师教育实践与改革的需求,探索实践取向的教师教育模式,对培养高素质的乡村教师具有重要的借鉴意义。

The local normal universities now attach increasing stress to people＇ s livelihood and social needs when launching teacher development reforms, as the key to the success of their reform is the appearance of qualified teachers capable of promoting basic education in the rural areas. This paper, in answering to the need of both practice and reform of local normal universities, researches into the development mode of practice- oriented teachers, which is of great practical significance.
