通过建立校地合作机制,探讨了地方高校校地合作的内涵、合作基础与方法、路径。提出了通过"双百工程"实现高校与地方"双师型"人才培养,通过"校地共建"联姻"地方产业"的方式,校地联手,共建协同创新平台,推进科技创新。通过联系企业、开放办学,培养适应现代产业需要的应用型技术人才。

This paper discusses the connotation, bases and methods of the cooperation of local universities and local industries by establishing the cooperation mechanism of local universities and local industries, and puts forward the opinions that the ‘double-qualified＇ talents training can be realized by implementing ‘double hundred＇ project. By cooperating with the local industries, the local universities and local industries can establish the cooperative and innovative platform together and promote the science and technological innovation.By contacting the enterprises and teaching openly, the application-oriented technical talents which are demanded by the modern industries will be developed.
