高职院校专业设置与调整规范化管理

Standardized Management on Specialty Program Setting and Adjusting at Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业院校是培养我国社会主义现代化建设的高素质技术技能型人才的摇篮,专业设置是人才培养的重要环节,对学校办学规模、办学质量有决定性的作用。通过对高职院校专业设置现状分析,发现目前高职院校专业设置与调整缺乏科学性、针对性,专业设置较为单调,无层次结构等问题。根据这些问题提出对高职院校专业设置与调整进行规范化管理的一些思考。

Through analyzing the present situation of specialty programs offered at higher vocational colleges, facing the problems such as the monotone of specialty program setting and adjusting without gradations, scientificity or pertinence, this paper points out that the structure of specialties should be integrated and optimized meeting the social needs of regional economic development and the orientation of market demand. The paper also states the procedure of adjusting, ceasing and adding new specialties.
