碳锰含量对马氏体钢力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了4种以C、Mn元素为主的试验钢,在相同轧制及淬火工艺下的组织与力学性能,并利用金相与透射电镜对淬火、回火后的试样进行了组织分析。试验结果表明:当C含量为0.21%、Mn含量为1.5%-1.9%时,经过860℃保温600s后水冷,然后再加热至350℃时效600s后空冷,试样的屈服强度达到1145-1171MPa,抗拉强度达到1270-1304MPa,伸长率A_(80mm)≥3.05%。微观组织分别表现为:淬火后的试样中板条马氏体居多,而回火后的试样中板条马氏体内有大量碳化物析出。 Four types of C & Mn steels were researched ,microstructure and mechanical properties were studied after the same rolling and quenching processes ,and the microstructures were characterized by both optic microscopy and transmission electron microscopy .T he result show s that w hen the C content is 0 .21% ,and the Mn content ranges from 1 .5% to 1 .9% ,the yield strength of the tested steels is 1145 MPa to 1171 MPa ,the tensile strength is 1270 MPa to 1304 MPa .And the elongation is greater than 3 .05% ,after heating to 860 ℃ and maintaining 600 s and then quenching in water ,and tempering at 350℃ for 600 s .It is shown that the microstructures were lath martensite after quenching process ,and a large number of carbides were precipitated inside the lath martensite and along the grain boundary .
