摘要
薪酬制度改革一直是高校教师、高等教育领域研究人员关注的领域。结合我国内地高校薪酬制度的现状和问题,通过与美国、我国香港地区的高校薪酬制度比较分析,借鉴美国高校薪酬制度的市场化、重绩效,强激励的特点和我国香港地区高校薪酬制度的逐渐市场化、薪酬水平高、福利完善的特点,结合我国内地高校的实情,提出我国内地高校薪酬制度改革的建议。
Colleges and universities salary system reform has been attracting attention from college teachers and researchers .Taking the present situation and problems of the salary system of colleges and u‐niversities in China's Mainland into consideration ,the paper made a comparative analysis of salary system be‐tween mainland institutions and that of the United States and Hong Kong .Learning from marketization of salary system w hich puts great stress on performance and incentive system implemented in American uni‐versities and gradual marketization of salary system ,good salary and welfare in Hong Kong colleges and u‐niversities ,considering the situations of colleges and universities in mainland ,the authors came up with some suggestions on salary system reform in China's Mainland .
