谈台湾技职院校的通识教育——以国立台南护理专科学校为例

On the General Education in Taiwan Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Taiwan Vocational College of Nursing

通识教育培养的是既具有扎实的专业知识,又具有健全人格和丰富人文素养的高素质全面发展的合格公民。国立台南护理专科学校(以下简称"台南护专")是台湾地区护理行业教育的佼佼者,长期以来,该校以术德兼修的"全人教育"为目标,有详细的课程规划和实施方案,取得了显著的办学效果。台南护专成功的通识教育表明,准确定位是做好通识教育的前提,科学规划是做好通识教育的保证,同时需要完善师资队伍建设。

The aim of general education is to cultivate qualified citizens of all‐round ,high‐quality with both solid professional knowledge and perfect personality .Tainan Vocational College of Nursing （hereinaf‐ter referred to as“Tainan College of Nursing”） is the leader of nursing education industry in Taiwan .This college has set“Whole Person Education”as its goal and carried it out with curriculum and implementation plan and got a significant effect .Their success of general education shows that accurate position is the premier of general education w hile scientific plan provides guarantee ,and it is also important to improve construction of teachers’ team .
