Application of Modern Apprenticeship to Education Management in Vocational College

在现代学徒制培养模式下,学校、企业从"招生即招工、入校即入厂、校企联合培养"的理念出发,突出"培训前置、校企共融",加强学生教育、管理和培养,增强学生对企业的归属感、行业的认知感,实施校企激励、联动机制,培养学生树立"上学如上班,上课如上岗"的职业意识,打造学生的可持续发展空间。

In application of the training mode of modern apprenticeship ,colleges and enterprises abide by the guideline of “enrolling students like hiring workers and cultivating them with joint hands to promise them with a satisfying job” .Aiming at enhancing education management and cultivation of students ,the concept of “training students while they are in college and combining college education with enterprise training”is highlighted ,so as to strengthen their attachment to enterprises ,cognition of profession .Plus , students’ professional consciousness like“going to school equals going to work”can be built ,and a contin‐uous development of students is thus ensured .
