摘要
介绍了ASME VIII-2中MPC模型对材料性能的数值表征方法,采用我国材料Q345R对MPC模型中第一组数据计算结果进行验证,发现MPC模型的计算结果与我国材料Q345R试验曲线的趋势虽然基本吻合,但在高温拉伸的情况下,计算结果和试验结果之间存在一定误差,因此,应针对我国材料特性研究建立符合我国标准的材料本构关系的表征方法。
In this paper, the formula method for expressing material properties by using MPC model in ASME VIII-2 was introduced. With the material Q345 R, the calculated results from the first group data in MPC model were verified. It was found that the results from MPC model is fundamentally closed to the test curve of Q345 R. But under the condition of tension test in high temperature, some deviations are existed between the results from calculation and test. Thus, it is necessary to carry out research work for establishing the methods to express the constructive relationship of the materials conform to Chinese standards.
