摘要 按照GB 16749—1997标准设计制作不锈钢波形膨胀节的试验件,试验件在水压试验过程中发生开裂,对试验件进行失效分析,不锈钢波形膨胀节开裂的主要原因是冷成形后组织变化、未进行恢复性能热处理、酸洗钝化工艺不合理,根据试验结果修改完善了制造工艺,保证不锈钢膨胀节的产品性能,建议修订GB 16749—1997标准的相关内容。 One specimen of stainless steel bellow expansion joint was fabricated based on GB 16749—1997. The specimen was cracked in hydrostatic test. The failure analysis was then carried out. It was found that the main cause of crack in this expansion joint are constitution change occurred in cold forming process, without heat treatment for property recovery and inappropriate pickling process. The fabrication process was then changed and improved so that the performance of stainless steel expansion joint can be kept. It was proposed finally that the relevant contents in GB 16749 should be revised.
