含裂纹压力容器的安全评定及强度因子求解 被引量:5

摘要 首先依据GB/T 19624《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》对一球罐的两平行裂纹进行合并处理,并对其进行安全评定。然后,分别使用常规计算方法和ANSYS软件对合并后的裂纹求解出强度因子,结果比较接近,误差仅为3.98%。最后,使用ANSYS软件对两平行裂纹未合并情况进行了有限元分析,求出强度因子,并与合并后裂纹有限元求解的强度因子进行比较。比较结果:未经合并处理裂纹的强度因子小于合并处理后裂纹的强度因子,误差接近4.65%。 Two parallel cracks in a spherical tank were first treated as merged one based on the standard GB/T 19624 "Safety Assessment of In-service Pressure Vessel with Defects" and assessed in safety. Then, by using formula method and ANSYS software the intensity factors for merged crack were solved. The results were comparatively close, and the deviation was only 3.98%. Finally, by using ANSYS, finite element analysis was performed for two parallel cracks respectively to find intensity factors, which were compared to the intensity factor found from merged crack. The result of comparison was shown that the intensity factors from two sole cracks are less than that from merged crack, the deviation is close to 4.65%.
