摘要
研究了不同Pb含量对乙烯裂解炉用离心铸造35Cr45Ni Nb合金炉管蠕变断裂行为的影响规律。采用直读光谱仪、原子吸收分光光度计、室温拉伸试验机、高温持久蠕变试验机、场发射扫描电镜等开展了试验研究。结果表明随着Pb含量增加,离心铸造35Cr45Ni Nb合金炉管的高温蠕变性能显著降低,高温蠕变过程中Pb元素向晶界发生了偏聚。还讨论了Pb的晶界偏聚及影响材料高温性能的作用机理。
In this paper, the effect of different Pb content to creep and fracture property of centrifugal forged 35Cr45 Ni Nb furnace pipe which was used in ethylene cracking furnace was studied. The test was performed by using direct reading spectrometer, atom absorption spectrophotometer, room temperature tensile machine, high temperature creep test machine and field emission scanning electron microscopy. It was shown from the result that with increase of Pb content, the high temperature creep property of centrifugal forged 35Cr45 Ni Nb furnace pipe is remarkably reduced, and Pb element segregates at grain boundary in creep. Also in this article, the mechanisms of Pb grain boundary segregation and its effect to high temperature properties of materials were discussed.
