摘要
柴油液相加氢用机械密封的高温热油试验台工作温度明显高于普通试验台。为了避免试验台轴承箱润滑油在高温失效,保证轴承的正常运转,通过增加冷却系统优化结构,将轴承的工作温度有效控制在适当范围,保证了润滑油能够工作更长时间。
The working temperature of high temperature hot oil testbed for mechanical seal used in liquid hydrogenating for diesel is apparently higher than that of normal testbed. In order to avoid the failure of lubricant oil in bearing housing under high temperature and keep the bearing operating normally, the optimum cooling structure was be used, by which the working temperature of bearing was effectively controlled within appropriate scope and the lubricant oil may used longer in operation.
