权力游戏与产业组织体制变迁——以中国石油产业为例 被引量:1

摘要 1998—2008年间,中国石油产业的组织体制经历了从传统计划行政式体制向现代公司体制的重要转变。区别于既有研究强调市场与国家决定性作用的结构性解释,本研究引入法国组织社会学决策分析的推论方式,从权力游戏的角度,探讨了影响中国关键性产业治理变迁的深层影响因素及其作用机制。研究发现,中国石油产业组织体制变迁,其深层的动力来自于行动者间构建的特定权力游戏。在一定意义上,产业治理或产业变迁的过程本质上就是一个复杂的有组织集体行动过程。 Between 1988 and 2008 the organizational system of Chinese Oil industry has undergone a great transformation from the traditional administrative planned system to modern company model.To be different with the existed researches from the approach of structural explanations which emphasized the determining effect of market or government on the institutional change of industry,this paper will apply the strategic analysis in French organizational Sociology to explore the deeply-seated factor which could influence the governance of some key industries in China by using the core concept of Power Game. This research found that the most important factor and dynamic of the structure transformation of Chinese Oil industry could be defined as one kind of special power game between actors. So to some extent,the essence of industrial transformation would be understood as a complicated organizational process.
