Cause Analysis and Investigation Approaches of Illegal Radio Stations

"黑广播"自2015年初在合肥出现并逐渐增多,渐有蔓延趋势。安徽省合肥无线电管理处通过摸索排查,充分利用固定监测站、移动监测站等多种途径,成功排查了多起"黑广播"。在技术排查中,对"黑广播"的特点和危害有了更深认识,从而为针对性的排查工作奠定了基础。本文从一起典型案例出发,分析总结"黑广播"的产生原因及查处方法。

The illegal radio stations are developing very fast since a few emerged in Hefei city at the beginning of2015. Hefei Radio Monitoring Station of Anhui Province succeeded in locating some illegal radio stations by means of fixed radio monitoring stations and mobile ones. In the process of technological investigations, the features and harms of illegal radio stations are further recognized, which is essential to conduct corresponding investigations. A case of illegal radio station is illustrated with its causes analyzed and investigation approaches presented.
