Design and Analysis of Vertical Looper in Cold Rolling Processing

介绍了活套的种类,活套分卧式活套、立式活套。由于卧式活套占用场地比较大,考虑薄板连续精整机组生产线生产车间的占地问题,现在比较多的冷轧薄板生产线都采用立式活套。分析了立式活套的组成、功能和工作原理,立式活套分为链式传动和钢丝绳传动,链式传动比钢丝绳传动平衡好,传动准确,钢带不跑偏。对链式传动功率及扭矩进行了设计计算。对活套的设计及使用有一定的理论参考价值。

The types of looper are introduced in this paper. Loopers are divided by horizontal looper and vertical looper. Considering that horizontal looper occupied space is larger,and sheet continuous finishing line production workshop covers an big area of the production line,now more and more vertical loopers have been used in cold rolled sheet production line. Compositions,function and principle of vertical looper are analyzed. Vertical looper is divided into the chain transmission and wire rope,chain transmission ratio rope drive well balanced with accurate transmission,preventing the steel strip running deviation. The chain drive power and torque are designed. This paper is valuable for the design and use of the looper.
