目的:探索在互联网条件下,面向非住院患者的药学服务,为非住院患者获取药学服务寻找新途径。方法:通过分析医院信息化管理系统和互联网的优势,比较国内外非住院患者获取药学服务途径的差异。论述:将医院已成熟的合理用药信息数据库与药学服务相结合,让广大非住院患者足不出户的获取优质药学服务。探讨建立基于互联网面向非住院患者的药学服务的可行性。结果与结论:基于现代互联网面向非住院患者的药学服务,在为非住院患者提供个体化用药指导的同时,缓解了我国药师数量缺乏的现状。切实际的为非住院患者的健康谋利,更好地推动了我国药学服务及全民健康管理事业的发展。

Objective： To find a new access to pharmaceutical care for non- residentpatients under internet enviroment. Methods： By analyzing the hospital information management system and advantage of Internet,and comparing the difference between China and oversea of access to pharmaceutical care for non- resident patients. Discussion： To combine mature hospital information database for the rational use of drugs with pharmaceutical care to ensure the majority of non- resident patients can obtain quality pharmaceutical care staying at home. This article is written to investigate the feasibility of establishing pharmaceutical care for non- resident patients based on Internet. Results and Conclusions： Based on modern Internet,pharmaceutical care for non- resident patients provide guidance on individualized medication for non- resident patients,as well as alleviates the status of shortage of pharmacist in our country. It practically seeks gains for health of non- resident patients and better propels national pharmaceutical care and the development of national health management career.
