摘要
在油田开发定向钻井作业中,传统的随钻工具间多线连接通信方式增加了工具设计的复杂性,同时限制了多功能短节配置自由度,而将基于频分复用技术的电源线载波通信方法应用到随钻工具设计中,是一种现实可行的选择。在分析现有单总线传输方式、传输原理及网络结构和总线协议的基础上,发展了一种电源供电与数字信号传输共存的适用于井下随钻工具电气连接的单总线传输技术,该传输技术以其独特的导电环连接结构、节点连接方式和频移键控信号(FSK)的调制与解调方法,不但可简化电气接口的设计结构,还为石油钻井随钻工具适应不同的现场需要提供了可能,具有较大的技术优势和推广应用价值。
In oilfield development of directional drilling operations,traditional while drilling tools with communications of multiline connections increased tool design complexity,and at the same time,limited the configuration′s freedom of the multifunction pup joints,while the use of the power line carrier communication method which is based on the frequency division technology to the while drilling tools′design is a realistic option.Based on the analysis of existing unibus transmission mode,the transmission principle,network structure and bus protocol,the authors developed a unibus transmission technology which is applicable to electrical connection of downhole drilling tools and the power supply and digital signal transmission can be coexisted.The transmission technology′s modulation and demodulation method of connection structure,node connection mode and signal and frequency-shift keying(FSK)can not only simplify the design structure of the electrical interface,but also provide possibility for adapting the while drilling tools to the different field needs,it has greater technical superiorities and application value.
