摘要
基于西安市企业员工的问卷调查数据,建立Logistic回归模型分析知识型员工忠诚度的影响因素,结果表明:知识型员工忠诚度受性别、年龄、学历、对接受培训的满意度、对薪酬的满意度、对参与决策的满意度、对企业价值观的认同程度、真诚的员工关系、与单位经理人的关系等因素的影响显著,根据研究结论,提出提高知识型员工忠诚度的对策建议。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of xi " an enterprise employees,to establish Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of the knowledge staff loyalty,the results show that the knowledge staff loyalty by gender,age,record of formal schooling,the training satisfaction,on pay satisfaction,satisfaction of participation in decision- making,the degree of identification of the enterprise values,sincere relationship manager of employee relations and with unit significantly,the influence of such factors as according to the research conclusion,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the knowledge staff loyalty.
